How do I wash my Snap Fit 360?
Hand wash your SF360 in cold water or wash in gentle cycle in cold water. Do Not put in dryer! Lay flat to dry.
Air Dry your trainer at the end of the day. Never hang on or near a heat source as over time this will cause shrinkage and eventual damage to the stitching!
How do I know what size I am?
When selecting your size on our website www.sheswaisted.com, please remember to select it based on waist measurements NOT clothing size.
The most reliable method to choosing the correct size waist trainer is to measure your waist right above your navel and refer to the size chart on each product page to find the corresponding size. It is recommended that if your hips are wider than your waist, that you go up a size. Please note different product have different size charts.
Step 1
Measure around your lower abdomen just below your belly button for your waist measurements.
Step 2
Measure around your hips, making sure to measure the widest part.
I would like to cancel my order. What can I do?
We do not offer cancellations once your order has been placed and confirmation email is sent with a confirmed order number. If you have made a mistake and wish to change your order details, please get in touch as soon as possible by emailing sales@snapfit360.com and we will do our very best to process your request.
How do I return/exchange my order?
You have a 15 day window from the date of delivery to submit your return. All returns are refunded as store credit only via a Snap Fit 360 E-Gift Card. Returns are processed within 24 hrs of delivery. You can exchange your item by repurchasing any available items using the store credit we issued on our site.
My item arrived damaged/is defective, what do I do?
If your item arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement within 7 days of your belt being ordered. Defective items MUST be reported within 7 days of delivery. If not reported within the time frame, we will not be able to further assist you in the matter. To do so, please contact sales@snapfit360.com with photos clearly identifying the damage.
How long does an order take to process?
When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email or text message immediately. Orders start processing within 1 hour of placement and will ship out within 24 hours of the order date. Orders placed before 3PM will ship out same day. Orders placed during the weekend or holidays, will ship out on the next business day.
